Delivery

How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over £10. For orders under £10, we charge £2 for tracked UK delivery.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 2–3 working days. You'll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Returns

Can I return my order?
Yes — if you're not happy, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it. Please email us before returning so we can help.

Do you accept returns on food items?
We can only accept returns on unopened, non-perishable items. Unfortunately, perishable food items (like opened jam or chutney) can't be returned unless there's a problem.

Gifting & Orders

Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Absolutely! Just enter their address at checkout. We never include prices in the box.

Do you offer gift notes or wrapping?
Not yet — but it’s coming soon!

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards via Stripe, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
